Have you ever wanted to help out at the zoo? Well, now you can! The Capron Park Zoo is looking for people with the following skills who would like to donate their time. There are several opportunities for volunteers of all ages to get involved:
- Volunteer
Program for adults. Capron Park Zoo Docents work
with children and families teaching conservation and other
ecological principles through a variety of unique experiences.
Tours, classes, special events and working with visitors at
the zoo are just a sampling of activities available to participate

- Internship
Program for
adults. The Capron Park Zoo currently offers unpaid internships
to college students interested in animal care and conservation.

-- NOTE: Intern positions for the summer of 2008 are currently filled. We will be accepting winter intern application starting in September of 2008.
